I enjoy writing fiction, short form poetry and speeches on various topics, as the mood takes me.

Fitness

I run long distances to force the goblins out of my brain. I lift heavy things and put them down again so I can carry both my kids at the same time.

Game Development

I like to make simple games and prefer to learn by doing. I take part in multiple game jams every year and currently I mostly work in Godot, but I am familiar with Unity and Twine and am capable of programming in python, c#, SQL and R (although those latter two are not generally used for video games)

Painting Miniatures

I enjoy painting miniatures from multiple companies and sculptors. I mostly use Citadel and Vallejo paints and army painter accessories and brushes. I don’t have a particular preference for any supplier (though the Vallejo paints historically taste best), I just use whatever my local game store has most of. Support your local game store!

General Nerdery

I read novels and comics, watch twitch, play video games, follow movies, and play tabletop games whenever I get the chance.
